Manager, Manufacturing Operations

The Job:

As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our Aerospace team working as an on-site employee. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for daily production of metal formed and machine components along with driving continuity of supply in other value streams feeding the immediate area of control. A comprehensive value stream approach to achieving monthly revenue is also tied to completion of downstream operations as well. You’ll get to:

+ Responsible for daily management and leadership of all resources assigned. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to: TOC, schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, time and attendance, training and establishing/monitoring departmental goals.

+ Manage MOS and update board daily to ensure accurate tracking of KPIs plus actions related to red indicators
