Reporting to the Director, Utilities Delivery, the Manager, Major Projects will deliver large, complex linear and facilities water, wastewater,or stormwater projects that protect public safety and minimize community disruption. You will lead end-to-end project execution, in design, construction, commissioning, and restoration, ensuring critical work stays safe, compliant, and on schedule.
