We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to oversee our nut and bolt manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production processfrom raw material procurement to final quality assuranceensuring on-time delivery while maintaining the highest safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement daily/monthly production schedules to meet customer demand for various fastener types (hex bolts, nuts, washers, custom fasteners). Operational Management: Optimize machine utilization (cold forging, threading, heat treatment) to maximize output and minimize downtime.
