The Manager, Long Term Care is responsible and accountable for the North Peace Care Centre. This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of service delivery systems, staff configuration systems, policy and procedures, and quality and risk management programs. The Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of staff, ensuring residents receive optimal care which protects their health, safety and well-being while promoting independence.
