Manager - Logistics

To manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation, warehouse management, and distribution while maintaining high service levels and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
* Monitor vehicle placement, optimize freight costs, and ensure availability of transporters.
* Minimize detention, demurrage, and turnaround time at plants/warehouses/customers.
* Coordinate with internal teams (planning, Project management) for seamless dispatch execution.
* Manage relationships with transporters and logistics partners to ensure service reliability.
* Track and improve logistics KPIs such as OTIF, freight cost, lead time, and vehicle turnaround.
