Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Director of Logistics, the Parcel Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of the company’s global parcel transportation network and freight payment execution. The role serves as a critical operational, financial, and analytical hub, partnering cross-functionally to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across multiple countries, factories, and distribution centers—including direct-to-consumer shipments.

The Manager will lead global parcel carrier and account management, oversee the end-to-end freight audit and payment lifecycle, and lead sourcing events and contract negotiations. A primary focus of the role is driving advanced data-driven decision-making through granular shipment, mode, and accessorial analysis to optimize cost, service, and visibility across all Parcel operations.
