Manager - Leasing (Paradigm Mall JB)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – Leasing to lead and manage the leasing and tenancy administration functions for Paradigm Mall JB. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving leasing strategies, optimizing tenant mix, securing quality tenants, and fostering strong relationships with retailers to maximize occupancy, enhance the mall’s positioning, and achieve sustainable rental revenue growth.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee the overall Leasing Department operations of the mall, including conceptualizing leasing strategies, identifying prospective tenants, negotiating tenancy terms, and securing deals to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
• Prepare and develop the Tenant Mix Plan and Leasing Budget Rental Plan for Management’s review and approval.
