Manager, Lean and AI Transformation

Job Description

The Lean Transformation team is an internal transformation team that works with business leaders to optimize processes, transform operating models, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions. Serving Sun Life's DBTS and Sun Life’s Canadian Business Units, the Manager Lean and AI transformation will pair their consulting mindset with a Lean Six Sigma toolkit, and experience with automation and Generative AI capabilities to drive process improvement and digital transformation.
