Manager Lead Automation Engineer

The Lead Automation Engineer / Framework Engineer is a senior technical contributor and team leader, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing automation frameworks and solutions across modular and microservices-based systems. This role bridges hands-on automation expertise with leadership, guiding QA teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation. The engineer leverages modern tools—including Playwright, , and AI/LLM capabilities—while driving best practices in CI/CD, Agile, and SAFe environments.
