Manager, IT Production Support

Responsibilities

• Improves team performance, recognizes and rewards performance, coaches employees, supports their development, and manages poor performance.
• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
• Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with multiple geographical teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production problems and liaise with business, vendors and IT groups for timely resolution.
• Acts as the prime subject‑matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
• Supports deployment activities, managing implementation issues to resolution.
• Develop tools to automate tasks toward improved efficiencies.
• Provide input and insight toward ongoing PS process improvements.
