Manager, IT Infrastructure

Summary

For a Medium to Large Site, the IT Manager provides leadership to the IT Solutions team who provides systems analysis, design, development and support for global systems (including SFC, ERP and integration) and also to the IT infrastructures team who provides infrastructure services and support. The manager offers direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing diverse roles within a site, is accountable for projects or programs on a multi‑functional or national basis, and works guided by broad site objectives and corporate policy. The role requires developing solutions, precedents, and/or policies, receiving assignments in the form of objectives, setting goals to achieve those objectives, establishing long‑term plans, recommending changes to policies, and developing department budgets and goals.
