The opportunity
As our Manager you’ll be providing international transaction tax services including tax structuring, tax due diligence and tax modelling to a broad range of high-profile clients. This is a hybrid position. This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
Advise Australian and international financial services groups and institutional investors (, banks, insurance companies, investment managers, funds such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds) on all tax aspects of their transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructuring, new funds, and initial public offerings.
