Manager Infrastructure and Emergency Response

What You'll DoAs Manager Infrastructure and Emergency Response, you will lead a team of technicians across both sites to plan, deliver and continuously improve RBGV's infrastructure, fleet and emergency management functions. In this role, you will ensure the organisation maintains a high state of readiness through the development, implementation and ongoing review of Emergency Management and Business Continuity Plans, alongside overseeing the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the built environment for staff, visitors and contractors. Key responsibilities include providing strategic, evidence-based advice to support asset and facilities management, capital works planning, prioritisation and investment decisions aligned with organisational objectives.
