**Preferred Qualifications**

+ **Technical Leadership & Team Scale:** 2+ years of formal people management or team leadership experience, with proven success managing offshore technical teams (specifically including teams in India) across multiple Agile/Scrum delivery pods.
+ **Engineering Background:** Must have a strong technical foundation as a former hands-on Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or Technical Lead within the last 7 years. _Pure project managers or non-technical scrum masters will not be considered._
+ **Full-Stack Application Knowledge:** Solid technical understanding of modern software development ecosystems, including backend (Java, .NET, Node.js) and frontend (React, Angular) frameworks.
+ **DevOps & Infrastructure Familiarity:** Strong foundational knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) to effectively guide technical teams and evaluate delivery metrics.
