Manager Indirect Tax Technology

The Opportunity: 

The Manger will assist in leading the continued Finance Transformation at Mattel.  He/she will work closely with systems leads, the Systems Implementation Partner, regional finance leadership teams, corporate tax team, and the NextGen Vice President.  Mattel operates in 35 countries and sells products in >150 countries.

To excel in this role, the candidate should have a solid background in indirect tax, accounting and the ability to quickly learn systems with the ability to translate business requirements.   In addition, they should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and summarize decision making to executives.  Experience in transformation is a plus.   Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud and/or Thomas Reuters for financials .  The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving decisions forward, understanding business processes, and...
