Job Summary The Manager in Training is responsible for helping the Branch Manager in day-to- day operations.

The position works closely with the Branch Manager in preparing and organizing the completion of daily work and the management of the Technical and Marketing Departments.   The Manager in Training must have excellent management skills such as problem solving, communication, leadership, time management and team building.
