Purpose of the Role
This position ensures that external manufacturing partners operate in line with internal IL6S standards, performance expectations, and governance requirements. It also serves as a bridge between operations, procurement, finance, quality, and digital teams by converting plant and supplier data into actionable dashboards, presentations, and improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities
IL6S and Process Excellence
Lead and sustain IL6S deployment across external manufacturing partners through structured improvement programs, audits, capability assessments, and coaching.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving tools to improve safety, quality, service, and cost performance.
Facilitate Kaizen workshops, loss analysis, and performance reviews at external manufacturing sites and ensure closure of agreed actions.
