Manager II, Quality Assurance

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Ensures compliance with all activities related to the position, following the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations.
• Interact with customers and manage the quality system to achieve quality objectives.
• Collaborate with all applicable functions within the site to determine appropriate process improvements and implement actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Review all corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval.
• Conduct analytical reviews of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty.
• Summarize corrective action results and feed them back into the QMS for continuous improvement.
