In this role you will lead Flywire’s global IT Support and IT Operations, shifting from reactive troubleshooting to an engineering-led, proactive function. You will align global teams across AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC with business needs, driving scalable, automated operations. You’ll explore AI-driven self-service to lower escalations and move core platforms toward a Terraform-managed, code-based model. This is a strategic role at a fintech scale-up that values Lean IT and governance.
