Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:   
This position will be responsible to develop and optimize CNC programs for various sliding head machines like Turn Mill, VMC, 3 axis / 5-axis machining centers, Multi axis sliding Head using CAM software. Conduct feasibility studies, analyze design specifications, blueprints, and production requirements to determine the feasibility of manufacturing components in terms of tooling, machining processes, and manufacturing cycle times. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  
Here are your key responsibilities:   
Develop and optimize Complex CNC programs for Turn Mill, VMC, 3 axis / 5-axis machining centers, Multi axis sliding Head using CAM software (Espirit) based on engineering drawings and models and the established procedures.
