**Manager I, GBD Special Programs LTSS (Registered Nurse/Licensed Clinical Social Worker)**

**Sign-on Bonus: $2,000**

**Location:** This position is an Indiana field-based position. This role requires face to face interactions in the field – mileage reimbursed. (hospitals, clinics, members’ homes.) The position will service member in the following counties: Bartholomew, Decatur, Dearborn, Lawrence, Jefferson, Ripley, Jennings, Floyd, Scott, Brown, Ohio, Switzerland, Harrison.

**Field** : This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
