As an advisor to the functional heads and line managers on critical matters of employees and contribute on matters relating to the departmental objectives in terms of recruitment of employees, job profiles, the performance and conduct of employees, retention of key employees, and succession planning. Understanding and leading recruitment dynamics for brands of Apparel Group and aligning them to business goals and change keeping focus on growth.
