Job Title: Manager HSE (Level 3)
Reports to: Senior Manager Network Operations

Main Job Functions:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with Uganda's Occupational Safety and Health Act 2006, NEMA regulations, and telecommunications industry standards.
Ensure compliance with the National Environment Act including obtaining and maintaining all necessary environmental permits, licenses, Environmental Project Briefs, and Certificates of Approval from NEMA for telecom infrastructure.
Conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and Environmental Audits as required by NEMA for new and existing installations, managing approval processes and submitting complianc...
