Manager, HR Operations

Job Summary:
To lead and institutionalize a compliant and efficient People Operations and Employee Relations function, ensuring payroll accuracy, policy governance, audit readiness, and consistent employee experience across YYC Group. This role is the operational backbone of People & Culture, ensuring YYC's people practices are On-Time, On-Point, and On-Our-Mind, while building trust, discipline, and risk resilience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Payroll Excellence
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and records management
Ensure 100% payroll accuracy and timeliness, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and benefits administration
Partner closely with Finance to reconcile payroll costs, provisions, and audit requirements
Continuously improve HR operational workflows to reduce manual dependency and operational risk
