Duties & Responsibilities To be involved/responsible for physical rehabilitation and be a member of the management team of the hospital. Demonstrates working knowledge of the interrelationships of speech, occupational, physical therapy, or other rehabilitation programs in patient care. Ability to work in collaboration with other health care providers, staff, family, and patients in meeting patient needs. Demonstrates good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain a safe, orderly and goal directed work environment for self and the therapy team.
