The Opportunity

As the Manager - Home Care NSW, you will provide leadership in clinical practice and safe care, lead team development and enhance the quality of care delivered in RA's NSW villages.

Working closely with and reporting to the Manager - Care, Community, you will lead, support and guide a dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical team members to deliver the highest standard of person-centered care to residents living independently in retirement villages. You will be supported by a National Care Manager and a Clinical and Care Governance Manager.

What You'll Bring

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Leadership experiences within Support at Home or Home Care Packages Program advantageous
