Manager, Growth Marketing

Job Description
As a Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving subscriber acquisition for the OTT streaming service through performance-driven channels and strategic partnerships. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, requiring hands-on management of Google Adds, affiliate and partner channels, as well as ownership over forecasting and performance reporting.
You will help support the ownership of gross adds delivery and efficiency targets, including SAC, and will be responsible for pacing the business to monthly goals. This includes proactively identifying risks and adjusting strategy in real time.
The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and a strategic thinker - someone who can manage campaigns end-to-end, interpret performance trends in real time, and translate data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and scale.
