FIN FOLK FOOD – MANAGER
PURPOSE :
FiN FOLK FOOD is a fun, easy going restaurant, serving casual seafood classics using local products. As Manager, it is your responsibility to Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by overseeing daily operations, collaborating with all staff to ensure a smooth flow of service, ensuring that the standards set by Ownership and Restaurant Operations Leadership are being met.
REPORTS TO :
Director, Folk Food Group
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening, closing, and service flow
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor service pace and staffing levels during peak periods
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor service, and health regulation
