MANAGER, GLOBAL SERVICE DELIVERY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Service Delivery (Procurement Operations), the Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused Procure‑to‑Pay operational support across global procurement.

The role provides leadership, governance, and direction for high‑volume procurement operations, including tail spend order support, purchase requisition / purchase order operational support, PO changes, supplier onboarding and enablement, Ariba catalog management, receiving / invoice issue resolution, operational reporting, audit support, and process documentation.

The Manager will be accountable for service delivery performance, team effectiveness, process compliance, audit readiness, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
