The job holder conducts field research, quantitative surveys, and technical analysis on illegal gambling. This work helps Tote Board build evidence‑based strategies and engage stakeholders to counter illegal gambling.

• Design and run quantitative surveys to measure public awareness, attitudes and behaviour related to gambling.
• Analyse survey data using statistical methods to identify trends and produce actionable findings.
• Manage the full survey lifecycle: questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare clear, well‑structured research reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update research databases and tracking tools for ongoing monitoring.
