Manager Front End Experience

**Position Purpose:**

Lead the development and optimization of front-end store layouts and operational standards, leveraging data, field insights, and ROI analysis to drive customer experience, operational efficiency, and long-term value. Partner cross-functionally to establish scalable solutions, maintain brand standards, and shape future store design strategies that support evolving business and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the resolution to the field.
+ Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes that are likely to add value to the stores' bottom line. Manage/drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements.
