Financial Business Partners actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the client facing portfolio/subregion/region. They are the interface or translator of business events to financial outcomes, commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and management. Responsible for close, budget, forecast, variance analysis, reporting and presenting the 'story' at reviews for the contract/portfolio financial performance with valuable insights for risk mitigation and opportunity optimization, to deliver to targets. Expected to ensure financial compliance across portfolios through collaboration with Controllership and GRA, in addition to working closely with Pricing and Collections on commercial matters.
