The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the overall financial health of the real estate

company, including project accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance,

taxation, MIS reporting, and financial strategy. The role ensures strong financial controls, cost

optimization, and regulatory compliance across ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare annual budgets and project-wise financial forecasts.

Monitor project cost vs. budget variance analysis.

Develop cash flow projections for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Assist management in financial decision-making and investment planning.

Maintain project-wise accounting records.

Monitor construction costs and contractor payments.

Revenue recognition as per applicable accounting standards
