Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the Field Services Manager will be responsible for the operational and safety performance of designated regions, with a goal of achieving best‑in‑class customer service and quality.

What You Will Do Here

• Provide leadership, support and coordination to all partner teams based in Mississauga and across the surrounding Ontario region.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between ATSI, the client, and partner leadership teams, ensuring strong client alignment, proactive communication, and a consistently high level of service delivery.
