作为公司医学学术、专家资源与临床培训体系的核心建设部门，专家发展与临床培训策略团队将聚焦专家资源体系化搭建、高端学术合作落地、临床培训全流程运营及医学教育策略创新，统筹专家赋能、学术活动、内容开发与专业服务协同，为公司业务发展提供坚实的医学专业支撑与专家资源保障。
岗位职责

1. 专家资源体系建设与运营：搭建并完善公司专家资源体系，负责专家筛选、合作维护、培养赋能、内容共创与价值挖掘，实现专家资源的标准化、系统化管理。

2. 专家学术合作与品牌赋能：推动专家学术项目落地、学术成果转化与品牌赋能工作，联动专家开展学术共建、科研合作、专业背书等核心事务，提升公司与产品专业影响力。

3. 医学教育策略与学术内容开发：基于公司产品策略制定相应医学教育策略，开发专业、合规、高质量的医学学术内容和培训内容。
