JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Under the direction of the Director, Maintenance Control & Facility Operations, the Facility Manager leads the overall operation and maintenance of the zones assigned.
+ Ensures that all codes, standards, and university guidelines are followed.
+ Is responsible for developing and/or continued management of the zones' maintenance and operation programs.
+ Is responsible for the implementation of operational strategies which includes the use of in-house trades and mechanics, maintenance service contracts, and task contracted vendors.
