What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Fabrication General Manager, your role will be to provide strategic oversight of the day‑to‑day operations of the production facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that the demands of the operations are met through the profitable output of the production facility.

What You'll Do Here

• Implement the operations short‑ and long‑term business plans
• Strategically source and align additional fabrication shop capacity on an as‑required basis
• Manage and provide guidance to direct reports to ensure their goals and objectives are being met
• Prepare staff development and succession plans for key positions
• Work with the operational assigned resources to resolve any project site issues and problems
• Ensure that production KPIs are being met
• Identify additional market sectors, potential clients and project / product scopes to secure additional work
