• Supervision: Hand‑on work on the ground – train and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance standards and follow safety protocols.
• Scheduling: Create and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all areas and shifts.
• Quality Control: Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Training: Conduct on‑the‑job training for new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Safety: Travel whole of Singapore covering around 30 locations; when there is a shortage of manpower, cover their duties as required.
