Manager, Events (Toronto)

Under the direction of the Associate Director, Events and Facilities, the Manager, Events works collaboratively with representatives from a range of groups at the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law to coordinate and oversee a variety of events and related activities. These include events hosted by academic areas, research centres, departments, student groups, partner organizations, and external clients, with audiences that may include students, faculty, staff, alumni, members of the business community, government representatives, and the media.

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing Jackman Law’s classroom and event space bookings, including conference facilities, meeting rooms, lounges, the Moot Court Room, and classrooms. The role serves as a primary contact for event and venue‑related inquiries and works closely with faculty, staff, event conveners, vendors, and external clients to support the successful delivery of events, venue operations and client services.
