Develop and lead the overall recruitment events strategy and maintain an annual events roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and the admissions cycle.
Design event concepts that enhance brand perception and support conversion objectives, ensuring programmes, speakers, and attendee journeys are informed by audience insights.
Establish clear success indicators for recruitment events and provide regular performance reporting through dashboards or scorecards to guide decisions on scaling, refining, or discontinuing specific formats.
Monitor key performance metrics such as attendance conversion from registration, completeness and accuracy of captured leads, cost efficiency per attendee or lead, contribution to application and enrolment outcomes where attribution is possible,...
