Manager, Environmental Health & Safety

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role has the responsibility for all issues related to Environment, Health, and Safety across the UK North sites. The EHS Leader will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the EHS company policy and relevant legislative requirements, coordinating the day-to-day EHS activities and for raising the overall profile and improving safety performance throughout Pursuit Aerospace.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the competencies identified within the EHS Management System manual.
• Maintain compliance with local, UK, EU and corporate environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and drive improvements in EHS performance, especially reducing accident rates, lost time, accident investigations and health and safety risk assessments.
