Manager, Enrollment

**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

The Manager – Enrollment role reports to our Director of Enrollment and has responsibility for leading a team of enrollment specialists and coordinators. The team is accountable for managing a large volume of transactions to on-board new and existing clients with high quality and client satisfaction

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Manages the daily operations of the department
+ Maintain quality control process to ensure every enrollment is completed in a timely and high quality manner
+ Works with key clients and helps resolve escalated situations
+ Selects, trains, motivates, supervises, and evaluates the work performance of staff

+ Analyzes and forecasts staffing requirements
+ Develops and maintains metrics to manage work queues and track work assignments
+ Performs other duties as assigned by manager

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

+ Bachelor degree is a must
