Manager, Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage, plan and schedule preventive and autonomous maintenance for all plant process equipment. ·
2. Ensure all equipment are in ready to run mode with the highest Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) achievable and quality output.
3. Ensure all equipment runs efficiently with minimal unscheduled downtime.
4. Ensure all utility usage is at its optimal level while not compromising quality and efficiency.
5. Establish and maintain all maintenance expenses and ensure it is within budget.
6. Provide guidance in technical know-how of all equipment, troubleshooting and process flow.
7. Lead and guide all process and machinery improvement.
8. Study and lead all process-related projects, modifications and process improvement.
9. Accountable for project cost and manage CAPEX to maximize cost-efficiency.
