YOUR ROLE AS A: Manager, Employee Relations
Position Summary
The Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for managing employee relations matters across the organisation, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices. This role will handle workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and employment disputes, while providing advisory support to business leaders and People teams. Regional knowledge of employment laws across Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, misconduct, and workplace investigations.
Advise business leaders and People teams on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
Represent the company in employment-related proceedings
