Manager, Employee Disability (Accommodation, Disability & Workplace Health)

The Manager, Employee Disability reports to the Director, Benefits & Wellness and is responsible for leadership and operational oversight of Teachers’ disability management program, workplace accommodation, ergonomics, and health and safety initiatives across the organization. The role supports employee well‑being, ensures legislative compliance, and promotes a culture of safety, early intervention, and sustainable return to work.

As part of the People & Culture team, you will partner with business partners, leaders, employee representatives, unions, and external health and regulatory partners to create safe and supportive workplaces and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes.
