JOB SUMMARY

The Marriott eDiscovery Team works with multiple groups in the Marriott Law Department and uses cutting-edge technology to support a dynamic legal practice involving litigation, arbitration, and investigation matters across the hospitality industry.

The Manager, eDiscovery is responsible for conducting data preservation, legal hold, and collection activities using various tools and methods. Key duties include collecting and preserving electronically stored information (ESI), communicating with custodians and departments, documenting chain of custody, and coordinating with IT, HR, and vendors. The role also involves providing technical assistance and training, supporting the Senior Manager, eDiscovery, maintaining evidence rooms and servers, and developing eDiscovery workflows and protocols.
