The Manager, Dispositions develops and executes strategies to effectively dispose of a portfolio of single-family homes across the US, including overseeing direct brokers or third party asset management companies. Responsible for the management of a Dispositions team with an assigned disposition pipeline of SFR homes across varying stages (e.g., pre-list, list, close) with a focus to maximize asset value and maintain velocity goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
