Manager, Digital & Technology (Corporate Solutions) – AI Fluency - 1 Year Contract

Lead the enterprise AI Fluency programme across CLI, developing and executing a structured strategy, roadmap and adoption plan for AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and the Power Platform.

Serve as the primary point of contact for AI enablement requests from business units across the organisation, managing demand intake and prioritising support accordingly.

Track programme health, surface risks and blockers proactively, and escalate to the AI Fluency Lead as appropriate.

Monitor industry trends in enterprise AI to continuously refine CLI’s adoption roadmap and identify emerging opportunities for competitive advantage.

Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Fund Management, Corporate Communications and other business units to translate AI capabilities into tangible...
