【Responsibilities】

▼Program Management

·Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key programs in Japan.

·Ensure programs are aligned with global strategy and local business needs.

▼Stakeholder Collaboration

·Partner closely with Japan business leadership, global IT, and external vendors.

·Manage communication and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.

▼Risk & Issue Management

·Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early; implement mitigation plans.

·Escalate issues with transparency and propose solutions.

▼Financial & Resource Management

·Track program budgets and resources.

·Optimize allocation of project teams and vendor support.

▼Change Management & Adoption

·Support business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.

·Deliver training, communications, and change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes....
