Role Purpose
The Manager – Digital Matching & Exceptions Management is responsible for overseeing end-to-end reconciliation, digital matching, and exception management processes across banking products and accounts. The role ensures timely identification and resolution of breaks, mitigates operational and financial risk, prevents fraud and leakage, and strengthens control frameworks through data-driven insights and automation.

· Oversee daily and periodic reconciliations across settlement, GL, suspense, and operational accounts.
· Manage automated and manual digital matching processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
